KB Wellness needed an effective strategy to attract and nurture leads for their Heal From Within program, with the ultimate goal of driving enrollments. To capture interest and engage leads meaningfully, I crafted a strategy focused on personalization, social proof, and expert authority:

1. Quiz-Driven Ads: Created ads that directed leads to a health quiz, helping them identify symptoms and connecting them with initial wellness insights. This quiz provided a personalized entry point to the Heal From Within program, positioning KB Wellness as an expert resource.

2. 8-Email Sales Sequence: Developed a multi-step email sequence with customized content based on quiz results. The sequence included:

   • Quiz Results: Personalized emails explaining the root causes of symptoms (e.g., gut health, hormonal imbalance), with an invitation to book a call for deeper support.

   • Case Studies and Success Stories: Shared client testimonials and detailed transformation stories to build trust and demonstrate program success.

   • Educational Content: Explained the benefits of functional medicine vs. conventional medicine to address potential hesitations, reinforcing KB Wellness’ holistic approach.

   • Final Call-to-Action Emails: Highlighted the comprehensive support provided by KB Wellness’ wellness team and the life-changing impact of the Heal From Within program.
