CISE, a brand rooted in advocacy and empowerment for the black community based in Los Angeles struggled with messaging that resonated with their audience. Previous campaigns had failed to capture the brand’s voice, and engagement metrics were lower than expected. They needed a message overhaul to authentically connect with their community.

After reviewing past content I identified a misalignment between the brand’s voice and the audience's expectations and prioritized the following steps:

  1. Redefining Brand Tone and Voice

  2. Revamping Messaging for Email Flows

  3. Crafting Sales Campaigns

  • The sales email campaigns linked generated over $10,000 which was a 131% increase in revenue from the month prior.

    The flow email campaigns resulted in $8,000 in sales and an open rate of 19%.
